I am off to England tomorrow and will be back, chomping at the bit, in mid November. The Flathead around Bribie Island will be breathing a sigh of relief – they will let their guard down – so buy some soft plastics and get out there and nail a few – Good Luck
Hi I am in a small fishing comp with a few boys from work in a couple of weeks at bribie. Starting at 0800h (low tide ) and returning for the measure in at 1500h. Just wondering if you could give me a bit of advice about where to head to catch a bag of flatties, in a tinnie but happy to stay close to shore if thats where their at. Any other tips would also be great re type of sp/bait to use
thanks again
Matt
Not sure if I have missed your competition or not – see the blog – my latest post will give you some help. The Flathead ar no longer spawning so they are a little more dififcult to find but they are still there.
